If food could talk what would it say?

December 23, 2018 by abiah 8 Comments

The avocado, if it could talk,  it would say after nine months of growing I  resembles the shape of a pregnant woman. It would also say that some women while pregnant develop cavities for the lack of potassium. The avocado would say it ’s loaded with potassium to help prevent osteoporosis; it also has numerous other vitamins and minerals that are beneficial for a pregnant woman.

If carrots could talk, they would say something like this, the body part we resemble is the iris of the eyes, we improved vision, we also provide a collection of vitamins and minerals. I contain lutein, beta-carotene, and zeaxanthin, so I will fight to keep your eyes healthy.

If the kidney beans could talk what would they say?  I help maintain kidney function, and I’m shaped exactly like the human kidneys. I also provide an assortment of minerals and vitamins.

If figs could talk they would say something like this, the body parts I resemble are the testicles. I hang in twos and am full of seeds if eaten I increase the sperm count.

If a walnut could talk it would say something like this, the body part I resemble is the brain. The brain is divided into 2 halves hemispheres; I am also divided into 2 halves. I am loaded with omega-3s a fat, the brain is made up of about 60% structural fat, and needs fats like omega-3s to work properly, so I believe I’m one of the best foods for the brain.

If celery could talk it would say something like this, the body parts I resemble are bones. My sticks are long and slender like the bones. I am a good source of calcium, which is good for bone density. I’m full of vitamin K, which is key for the proper use of calcium in the body. I fight inflammation; I help with joint pain. I also have Manganese, Vitamin B2, Vitamin A and potassium. I also have lots of fiber.
